These two machines are a hand-fed machine for affixing sting and button fasteners to envelopes, as well as containers and other articles. Each can automatically attach string, seal flaps, buttons and reinforcement patch, and cuts the string to any desired length up to 14” as rapidly as an operator can feed envelopes into the machine. It also attaches body buttons without string in a separate operation. The addition of a special attachment will make it possible to cut the string in lengths up to 22”. As shown on the picture, we are offering two machines side by side to accomplish both tasks without changing parts. The buttons, sting and reinforcement patch are fed directly to the eyeleting mechanism, and all are affixed at one stroke of the machine.
